Human beings are herbivorous mammals.

We all consider man as an omnivorous mammal. [For all of my stupid friends who don’t know the meaning of omnivore, it refers to the animal which eats both meat and grass.] But just think for a moment about all other carnivorous [meat eaters] and omnivorous animals.

For example:  lion, tiger, snake, crocodile etc

A lion or a tiger or any other cat has huge claws [nails] to catch their prey.
A snake has either venom [poison] or muscular body to kill its prey.

Carnivorous birds have sharp pointed beaks and claws.

All animals which depend on meat for their survival will produce strong acid in their stomach which will help them to digest the fat containing meat.

It is also a fact that most of the carnivorous animals will have elongated sharp teeth called canines on either side of their mouth which help them in tearing the flesh.

On close examination of all carnivorous species, we come to know that they all have one or the other organs which help them to retain their name as meat eaters.

Now let us consider the idiotic Homo sapiens {in common words “HUMANS”}
Human beings do not possess any organ which helps them in killing or digesting raw meat. [Except guns]

they have many tongues like a snake but “no venom”
they always keep fighting like a dog but “no canines”
they always drop crocodile tears but “no strong acid in their stomach”
they dream of flying like a bird but “no claws”

In simple words HUMAN BEINGS ARE HERBIVOROUS MAMMALS.
A racing car always performs well at the racing track. But when the same car is driven off-road, its efficiency gradually decreases.

In Vedic times there were people who lived for 200 to 250 years. It is mentioned in rig Veda, yajur Veda and other historical scriptures. In those days, majority of the people were vegetarians.

As humans began eating meat, their efficiency decreased. Now we live hardly for 60 years. In those 60 years, 20 years are reserved for hospitals.  Someone ones told me “first 20 years, we are forced to learn how to earn money for ourselves, next 20 years, we are forced to save the money for our children. And last 20 years, we are forced to spend all the money for our medicine.”

Just because we are intelligent, we cannot perform actions under our will and wish. There are some rules of nature and we all have to follow it. Our ansisters lived happily by eating fruits and roots. Many other animals like the mighty elephant, giraffe, rhino, etc are all herbivorous. Why can’t we change our behavior of “always breaking rules”, change our nature of wondering “what will happen if I do it” and follow the rules of Mother Nature.
